Where is most likely to come across a tick
The greatest risk of finding ticks is in parks, forests, plantings and other green areas, especially near dry shrubs and grasses. Unlike popular thought, these parasites do not jump from trees, but cling to clothing at the level of the feet.
Klaus advises to avoid shrubs and walk only trampled trails.
How to protect yourself from a bite

Wear light clothing to notice the tick;

Use aerosols from ticks (re -application every 6 hours);

Ticks are most often sucks in the neck, nape, groin, knee and ears.
What to do in the case of a bite
The tick should be removed immediately. If you are not able to consult doctors, you can do it yourself:

Prevention of Lyme disease
In the case of bite - doxycycline (200 mg) can be taken within 72 hours for prevention. If the detection happens later, you should consult your doctor immediately.
