A 31-year-old man was detained in the village near Kharkiv, who offered a full military service to clients for $ 11,000. According to the plan, the "package of services" included withdrawal from the search, fictitious registration in the military unit, obtaining a certificate, formal service, hospitalization according to a fictional diagnosis and, eventually, a certificate of unfitness.

According to the investigation, the person involved guaranteed that the client will be officially "conducted" through all formal procedures: first they were to be removed from the search, then - to make a military unit. In the future, a fictitious hospitalization with "treatment" was issued, which was actually not, but which allowed to obtain documents on unfitness.
The man also assured that it has an impact on RTC staff, the Military Medical Commission and the medical institutions. He demanded $ 13,000 for the whole service, but during the negotiations he agreed to $ 11,000.
Money in a car, detention - instantaneous
On April 17, the person involved received $ 11,000 in his car in one of the settlements near Kharkiv. It was after the transfer of funds that he was detained by law enforcement officers.
Now he is charged with Part 3 of Art. 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine-receiving an undue benefit with a promise to influence officials. The court chose a measure of restraint - detention with an alternative to collateral of UAH 454 thousand.
The investigation is ongoing. Police set other possible participants in the corruption scheme.
