The "Reserve+" application has become one of the main digital accounting tools of conscripts, reservists and conscripts in Ukraine. Through it, you can update the data, check the status of military accounting and even obtain a digital military accounting document. However, many users have questions about statuses in the application - and especially what to do if the system shows incorrect information.
What are the statuses in “reserve+”
Lawyer Roman Simutin explains that the following statuses can be displayed in the "Reserve+" for the user:

Marking - the person is registered in the CCC and must appear if the summons arrives. For conscripts up to 25 years, this is the basic status. After 25 years, the "reserve+" automatically translates into the status of a conscript, and then you need to appear on your own to the CCC to get confirmation.

Removed - the person is removed from the account in one shopping center and must be registered within 7 days in the new place of actual residence.

The excluded accounting is the status for those who are declared unsuitable for service (based on VLK) or reaching age. Such persons are no longer considered military.

Not registered - the system does not find a person in any shopping center. This may be due to the lack of a military ticket, registry errors or technical failures. It is necessary to contact the CCC for registration.

The data is specified - it means that the data of the person are in the register "Charm", but it is not fixed on any shopping center. You also need to appear to the Center to update information.

The search is the most problematic status. It occurs if the conscript has not been registered after 25 years, changed their place of residence and has not updated the data, or did not appear on the summons. If a person with this status is stopped by police, they can be delayed and delivered to the CCC.
What to do if the status in “reserve+” is incorrect
The lawyer notes that the most common problem is the status of "wanted", even if the person has already formed a military accounting document. It is often the case that the application does not reflect the result of the VLK, or the status is not updated on time. For example, "temporarily unsuitable" can only be illuminated one month after the commission.
There are also situations where the employer has submitted a reservation request through "action", but the "reserve+" did not have a booking mark - often this is due to the status of "not on account" or "in search".
How to remedy the situation

If the status is false - appear to the shopping center personally for clarification.

If there is no administrative liability resolution within three months after the status of the wanted status, you can apply to the court to cancel this status.

It is necessary to check the reserve+even after updating the documents - the system can automatically make changes.
Although "reserve+" greatly simplifies interaction with military structures, technical or administrative failures occur often. Therefore, even when using digital services, you should not neglect a personal visit to the CCC - this will help to avoid problems, in particular with the status of "in search", which can lead to detention.
