The task of repeated medical examinations of conscripts is to confirm the compliance of the state of health with the specified group of disabilities. According to lawyer Dmytro Franchuk, after the start of the full-scale war, the number of appeals regarding the establishment of disability increased significantly, which required checking the objectivity of these decisions.
The lawyer emphasizes that during repeated inspections, an individual approach is taken to each case. This makes it possible to accurately assess the state of health of patients and determine whether it corresponds to the established group of disabilities.
Franchuk also noted that if the conscript does not agree with the results of the re-examination, he has the right to appeal them in accordance with the procedure established by law. He advises that if a re-examination is required, the following steps should be followed:
- Addressing TCCs and JVs : Find out the exact date and time of the inspection to prepare in advance.
- Preparation of medical documents : Collect all medical certificates and statements confirming your health status.
- Attendance at the examination : At the appointed time, submit all the necessary documents and be ready for the examination.
