Following the entry into force of the updated regulations for the accounting of the conscripts, Ukrainians are obliged to report a change in personal data not later than 7 days. Otherwise - a fine from 17 to 25.5 thousand hryvnias.
This is reminiscent of lawyers, as well as the territorial centers of completing and social support (TCC and JV), which record the increase in the number of violations.
The list of changes to be made in the register of conscripts is clearly defined. In particular, it's:
-
change of place of residence (even within the settlement);
-
change of marital status (marriage, divorce, birth of children);
-
a new place of work or dismissal;
-
obtaining or changing the level of education;
-
establishment or cancellation of disability.
According to lawyer Roman Kichko, a late message about such changes can lead to serious consequences. Responsibility is administrative, but the amount of the fine is impressive: from 17 000 to 25 500 UAH.
The law establishes a clear term: 7 calendar days from the moment of change of personal data. At this time, it is enough to personally contact the CCC or use electronic services - for example, through the mobile application "Reserve+". There are no exceptions.
If the fine is not voluntarily paid - its size is doubled and the penalty is transferred for execution of state executors.
Yes. Payment of a fine for violation of accounting does not exempt from mobilization duty. Moreover, the Tax Code gets grounds to pay attention to the offender as a person who avoids contact with military accounting authorities.
One is one - to comply with the legislation. They changed the address - reported. Married - reported. They changed their place of work or got sick - also reported. And they did it within a specified period.
It's not just about a fine. It is about the formation of a real mobilization resource of the country in war.
