Lawyer Roman Simutin told how to pass the military medical board correctly.
"For example, you arrived at the TCC and you are sent to see doctors. And those, without even raising their heads, simply stamp "suitable", because as much as 20 minutes are allocated for everything. You should know how to act in such a situation," the article says.
Before the examination, a general blood test is carried out, in particular for HIV, hepatitis, sugar, a general analysis and some other things, the blood group is determined, rhesus is determined, an X-ray, EKG is carried out, and people over 40 years of age must have their blood pressure measured.
The lawyer emphasizes that before going through the VVK, you need to request that the doctors conduct tests, then everyone will immediately understand that you know the legal procedure (medical examination during mobilization is regulated by Chapter III, Order of the Ministry of Defense of August 14, 2008 No. 402). So you won't be seeing doctors until you get the test results, as you should.
"Attach all medical records, conclusions and an extract from the outpatient card to the personal file with the application. Please note: you cannot simply provide an extract from the outpatient book, you are obliged to do so. During an examination by a specialized doctor for your disease, inform about existing problems, show the extract and indicate that you have attached these documents to your personal file.
If your health problems lead to at least limited fitness, but you are considered fit and not sent for additional examination, then immediately go to the head of the LKVK, write a complaint and wait for an official answer with explanations.
Failure to provide an answer to the complaint can be considered as inaction of the head of the VLK with a further possible appeal", the lawyer notes and advises to always demand the conclusion of the VLK on suitability, drawn up in the form of a certificate, because the absence of this conclusion seriously complicates its appeal.
"In order to get a certificate from the TCC later, you will lose a month of time, this is at best, at worst, as often happens in my cases, you have to appeal blindly," added Roman Simutin.
And indeed, against the VVK in Ukraine is another quest. Moreover, according to the scandalous mobilization law, disability at the front is not an obstacle. Thus, in the event of the adoption of the new draft law on mobilization, all men aged 25-55 who received disability of the II and III groups after February 24, 2022, must undergo a "suitability review". The deadline for these men is set - until the end of 2024. An exception is made for those who received disability of II and III groups in the army, as well as those who are missing a limb due to amputation. It is noteworthy that according to the legislation of Ukraine , a disabled person of the II group is a person who has been diagnosed with one or more diseases from the list that guarantee his disability, but, most often, this does not even become a reason for dismissal from service. For example, a disabled person of group 2 can perform certain actions, so he is simply transferred from one unit to another.
Disabled Ukrainians should not relax either - according to the new draft law, such citizens must undergo a repeat medical examination within 9 months.
