In Ukraine, during martial law and general mobilization, military men who violated the rules of military accounting can be wanted by territorial centers of staff (TCC). Such persons are subject to detention by police officers and delivering to the CCC.
Experts from Inseinin's law company explained that it is not a criminal but an administrative wanted list. Its main goal is to deliver the conscript to the CCC, where the act of an administrative offense will be drawn up and a fine of 17 to 25.5 thousand UAH is issued.
Among the main reasons why the conscript may be wanted and forcibly delivered to the shopping center:
-
Absence on military accounting at the place of residence
-
Absence on military accounting at an enterprise or in an educational institution
-
Ignoring the summons that was handed in person, by mail, at the enterprise or at the school
-
Evasion from passing the Military Medical Commission (VLK)
-
Unspection of military accounting data
-
Sustaining
-
Evasion of conscription for military service
-
Evasion of registration of military persons
After the violation is detected, the CCC employees apply to the police demanding the search and detention of the offender.
If the person is detained, they are delivered to the CCC, where the offenses are recorded in the Unified State Register of Servicemen. In the military accounting document, such a person is marked: "violations of military accounting rules".
Due to its martial law, the control over the conscripts has increased significantly. Failure to fulfill the duties of military accounting can lead to penalties, detention and forced delivery to the CCC. Therefore, lawyers advise to clarify their military accounting data in a timely manner and not to ignore the summons to avoid administrative responsibility.
