Ihor Kolomoiskyi, a Ukrainian oligarch and former businessman, is again under investigation. Serhii Leshchenko, an adviser to the Office of the President of Ukraine, confirmed the information about the initiation of a new criminal case against Kolomoisky, noting that the investigation is ongoing in connection with his business activities.
According to his information, the other day, the co-founder of the Privat group, Oleksiy Martynov, submitted an application to the SBI against his former partners - Kolomoiskyi and Gennadiy Bogolyubov. He accuses them of corporate rights fraud.
Earlier, Martynov stated that he intended to sue them, because he learned about Bogolyubov's intention to sell part of the assets without consulting him.
Let us recall that Bogolyubov managed to leave Ukraine in the summer amid rumors of a possible opening of a criminal case against him.
Kolomoisky has been in a pre-trial detention center since last year. He was immediately suspected of several criminal cases.
