The State Transport Security Service (Uktransbezpeka) disconnected six carriers from the "Shlyah" system for three months due to systematic violations of border crossing rules. This was reported by the press service of Uktransbezpeka.
The decision was made by the Commission on Termination of Licensees' Access to the Unified Information Systems Complex of Ukrtransbezpeka.
The shutdown applies to the following carriers:
- FOP Gaidaichuk Pavlo Anatoliyovych
- FOP Marinyak Anton Yuriyovych
- Vitaliy Igorovich Pyanov, FOP
- FOP Yesin Serhii Viktorovych
- "Shen Logistics" LLC
- LLC "Ishbilen Transport"
According to the materials of the State Border Service of Ukraine, these carriers during the martial law were involved in the organization of channels for transporting men of draft age across the state border. Persons who were organized to leave Ukraine as motor vehicle drivers did not return to Ukraine for 60 days, which violated the established rules for crossing the state border.
Ukrtransbezpeka also noted that the commission has submitted dozens more cases of abuse of data entry into the system. After checking the information on each case, appropriate decisions will be made.
