In 2025, the government of Ukraine plans to launch the Unified Platform for Housing and Communal Services, which will be an important step in improving control over the quality of service provision for Ukrainians. The platform, which will be integrated with the Diya state portal, will allow consumers, suppliers and government bodies to interact conveniently, providing a higher level of protection for all participants in the process.
Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal, speaking about the initiative at a government meeting, emphasized that the launch of this platform will contribute to the development of digital services and provide new services for citizens. At the same time, this project will significantly improve monitoring of the quality of housing and communal services, which is an important factor for raising the standard of living in the country.
This step is part of a broader economic strategy of the government of Ukraine. The "Made in Ukraine" program, which is the basis of the economic plans of the Cabinet of Ministers, focuses on the development of deep processing and increasing the export of value-added products. In addition, the government is preparing to introduce new tools to attract investment and minimize the economic risks associated with war.
The implementation of the Unified Housing and Housing Platform will make these services more accessible, convenient and transparent for every Ukrainian, which will be an important stage on the way to the digitalization of public services and improving the quality of life of the population.
