Shmigal stressed that only those citizens who are in Ukraine have the right to receive payments. Initially, within the program, Ukrainians indicate that they are in the country, and then this information is checked using registers, geolocation and other technological methods .

"People who will abuse these payments may be a minimum amount, but we will check each case carefully," Schmigal said in an interview with a telephone.
However, the Prime Minister did not clarify how the money was recovered . It is expected that after inspection, the state authorities will determine the mechanism of refund that will be applied to persons who received payment illegally.
