Dynamo Kyiv became ahead of Ukraine's champion of the 20124/2025 season, playing a draw with the Odessa Chernomorets (1: 1) in the 29th round of Prime Minister League. For the tour before the end of the championship, the team provided itself first, becoming unattainable for competitors.
This championship became the anniversary-the 30th in club history: 13 titles were obtained during the USSR, 17 more-in the period of independent Ukraine. No other club has so many champion ranks either in Ukrainian or Soviet football. Now Dynamo has the right to formally add a third star to his emblem.
Dynamo spends an extremely stable season and has a chance to complete it without any defeat. After 29 rounds, teams have 21 victory and 8 draws. This result was only three times in the history of Ukrainian football - in Dynamo in the 1999/2000, 2006/2007 and 2014/2015 seasons.
For the head coach of "White-blue" Alexander Shovkovsky is the first championship as a mentor. In the status of a player he won the title 14 times. Now he became only a seventh dynamo who managed to become a champion both as a player and as a coach. This achievement was sought by Lobanovsky, Sabo, Fomenko, Demyanenko, Mikhailichenko and Rebrov.
For Andriy Yarmolenko, this is the fourth championship title. It is significant that he won the first "gold" 16 years ago. Vitaliy Buyalsky, who remains a key player of the team, has the same number of titles.
This is not completed for Dynamo for Dynamo: preparing for the Champions League qualification and an ambitious task - protecting the title next season.
