Penalty from the CCC can be paid through a “reserve+” with a discount of 50%

From June to July 2025 in Ukraine the possibility of payment of fines for violation of military accounting rules through the mobile application "Reserve+" will work. Citizens will be able to pay for administrative penalties at 50%if they do it voluntarily and in time.

This was reported in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, reports UNN.

It is a penalty that is imposed, in particular, in the case of late updating of credentials in the territorial centers of acquisition (TCC). For example, if a citizen has changed his place of residence, place of work or a new education and has not reported it to the CCC - he can receive an administrative penalty.

The law, which provides for the introduction of such a discount, was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada in March 2025, signed by the President in April and entered into force on April 17.

You can only use a discount in the case of voluntary and timely payment of a fine. If a citizen ignores the request for payment or delayed with its execution, the full amount of the fine is charged, as well as the possible application of additional measures of influence by the state.

The payment function through the reserve+application should be operational during the summer. The Ministry of Defense emphasizes that the model is similar to that that is already successfully used in the system of penalties for traffic violations: if the driver pays within a specified period - the amount is automatically reduced by half.

Citizens are also urged to update their credentials in the Labor Code in a timely manner and to establish a reserve+application that will be used to obtain notifications and interact with the military accounting system.
