Fines for violations of mobilization in Ukraine are ignored: TCCs are sued en masse, but to no avail

The introduced mechanism of fines for evasion of mobilization, which was counted on in the Office of the President, practically does not work. This is evidenced by information from a source in the OP: most Ukrainians avoid paying fines, and territorial collection centers (TCCs) are forced to constantly go to court to enforce the law.

Our source in the OP said that Ukrainians do not pay fines at all for violations of mobilization, and the TCC is constantly forced to sue. At Bankova, they hoped that the mechanism of fines would force men to go to the TCC, but they simply closed their accounts en masse and work on bogus cards.
