Olena Komleva, a judge of the Odesa Court of Appeal, along with her husband, Suvorov District Court judge Vyacheslav Shurupov, have come under investigation for corruption schemes related to consulting services and real estate. They organized a business specializing in resolving cases in favor of applicants through a consulting firm registered as relatives.
During the war, Komleva bought a luxury house and an SUV, which raised concerns about her sources of income. She founded and headed the company "Yureeks", which later became the MPP "Audit-consulting firm Yureeks-audit". After the start of her work at the court, Komleva left the founders, and her place was taken by Yuliya Georgiivna Shurupova, who was responsible for consulting services for applicants.
Komleva also had a family business, which included companies registered to her father Serhiy Oleksandrovich Komleva. This is "Akva-3" PE, which received a declaration for the construction of a car wash. In 2022, the company was re-registered under the name of Komleva's daughter, Natalia Vyacheslavivna Shurupova, which was previously registered as a sole proprietorship in the field of hairdressing services.
According to the information, the charity fund "Future in the Present", founded by Mykola Ilyin, Yulia Shurupova and Natalia Ilyaeva, is also registered at the address of the auditing firm. There are suspicions that bribes may pass through this fund.
