47-year-old Ani Lorak, who after a full-scale invasion finally chose Russia and has already received a Russian passport, is once again at the center of discussions. The singer published new family photos dedicated to the Russian "Mother's Day", in which she poses with her daughter Sofia and her own mother Zhanna Lynkova. The photos instantly caused a wave of comments - both because of Lorak's political position and because of her family's appearance.
The appearance of 14-year-old Sofia Nalchadzhioglu caused the most discussion. The girl has noticeably matured and, according to social media users, looks much older than her age. Back in May 2025, rumors about a possible rhinoplasty were actively spreading on the network: the photos showed a changed shape of the nose, which was radically different from previous photos. Neither Lorak nor Sofia commented on these rumors in any way.
In the new photos, the difference in the daughter's appearance has again become a topic of discussion. Users leave dozens of messages comparing the archive footage with the latest. The comments also contain criticism of Lorak herself - from reminders of her boarding school childhood in Chernivtsi to accusations of political venality and switching to the side of the aggressor country.
Separately, the network is discussing the appearance of the mother of the artist Zhanna Lynkova. Some users did not recognize the former announcer of Chernivtsi television - the woman looks much younger than in old photos. The comments suggest that she could also have resorted to plastic surgery.
Lorak's family photos, which were supposed to be just another holiday post, have turned into a new informational reason for criticizing the singer. The Ukrainian audience remains harshly disposed towards the artist, who did not condemn the Russian invasion and continues to work actively in the Russian Federation.
