Nastya Kamensky's new post on social media has once again caused a wave of negativity among Ukrainian users. The singer published a series of photos from a new photo shoot, where she poses in a denim jumpsuit with a deep neckline and sneakers. However, this time the attention of users was not focused on the artist's image, but on the language in which she communicates with the audience.
Kamensky has been publishing all her posts exclusively in Spanish for several weeks now. Despite fans' requests to at least partially dub the texts in Ukrainian, the singer ignores these requests. A wave of criticism has erupted again in the comments under the new post - users remind her of the recent scandal regarding the importance of the Ukrainian language and accuse her of demonstratively rejecting it.
At the same time, there are almost no Spanish comments under the photo: the vast majority are indignant responses from Ukrainian subscribers. People are disappointed with the artist's behavior, calling her position "childish" and "hypocritical," and some directly declare that the singer "temporarily changed her shoes" for the Ukrainian audience, but now she is showing her "real attitude."
Dozens of critical comments appeared under the new photos:
“Why do you only write in Spanish? It happens when you get into a scandal. But show that you have drawn conclusions. And this looks like an insult to everyone.”
“Nastya, I always went to your concerts. And here it is, Spanish. It’s very sad.”
“And the content will be in Ukrainian? Can I unsubscribe already?”
“It’s such a shame that you did this. It’s already difficult for us.”
“This is her true self. She has Ukraine to one place.”
Despite the barrage of criticism, Kamensky has not yet responded to the comments. If earlier the artist actively deleted the negative, now it seems that she fundamentally leaves everything as it is. Social networks note that the number of those trying to justify the singer is rapidly decreasing.
The scandal surrounding the artist's linguistic position has been going on for several weeks and, judging by the public's reaction, is only gaining momentum.
