Serhii Labaziuk, a well-known Ukrainian People's Deputy from the "For the Future" faction, once again found himself under great public interest due to new sources of corruption scandals. According to the latest news, Labaziuk was involved in cases related to illegal use of land resources, abuse of power and production of forged documents.
According to our information, Labaziuk "extorted" the land from the state, where he built a factory for himself, abused his power and official position, produced and used forged documents. At the same time, the other day his wife got into a scandal by lighting up an elite watch.
People's Deputy Labaziuk is the ultimate beneficial owner of the enterprise "Agrarian Company 2004". At the same time, according to the documents, the director of the company is Labazyuk's brother, People's Deputy Labazyuk Petro Petrovych (born on October 7, 1974, a native of Bohdanivka, Khmelnytskyi region).
In 2023, "Agrarian Company 2004" began illegal construction on a plot of land owned by the state, which is in permanent use by the subsidiary of the state joint-stock company "Bread of Ukraine" Volochyskyi Bread Production Plant.
Labaziuk, as a member of the Committee on Agrarian and Land Policy of the Verkhovna Rada, influenced the officials of this land user. Then he started illegal construction, since he did not have legal documents for ownership or use of this land plot of the oil extraction plant.
In order to obtain a construction permit and subsequent production of a technical passport for a complex of buildings and facilities for industrial purposes, the representatives of "Agrarian Company 2004" submitted to the State Inspection of Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine (DIAG) extracts from the State Register of Real Property Rights to real estate on the registration of ownership, which contained signs of fictitiousness. Since, according to the information contained in the state register, the only land user of the specified plot of land was and remains "Bread of Ukraine" Volochysk grain production plant".
On 04/15/2024, the chief inspector of construction supervision of DIAM Mysan Serhii Mykolayovych, on the basis of the provided forged documents, without verification, issued to "Agrarian Company 2004" a certificate of conformity of the completed facility and confirmed its readiness for operation.
On 04/16/2024, the mayor of the Volochysk urban territorial community of the Khmelnytskyi region, Chernychenko, knowing that "Agrarian Company 2004" does not own or use the land plot, signed the order of the Volochysk urban territorial community No. 142-r "On consideration of the application for assigning an address to the completed construction of "project" to which the newly built oil extraction plant was given the address: Khmelnytskyi region, Khmelnytskyi district, Volochysk city, str. Kotlyarevsky, bldg. 8 – B.
Then Labazyuk's brother turned to the state registrar of the Rozsoshan Village Council of the Khmelnytskyi Region, Oleksandr Serhiyovych Korniy, with a statement about registering the ownership of the newly constructed object and entering information about it into the state register.
Despite the lack of documents for the land plot on which the newly constructed facility is located, which is a reason for refusing state registration, on May 1, 2024, Kornii registered the "property right to the newly constructed" oil extraction plant with a total area of 2435.8 square meters according to Labazyuk. m.
Sources report that in this way People's Deputy Labaziuk simply "squeezed" a piece of land from the state, on which he built a factory. Now, economic damage has been done to state interests. At the same time, Labaziuk actively used his status as a people's deputy of Ukraine, which ensured that the officials of the controlling bodies made illegal decisions in their own interests. Now, Labazyuk and all those who helped him may face part 2 of article 28, part 4 of article 197-1, part 2 of article 364, part 3 and part 4 of article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
