A loud scandal with the participation of the judge of the Ingul district court (earlier - Leninsky) Oleg Kirilchuk is unfolding in Nikolaev. He is suspected that he, using his official position, illegally seized the real estate of the family with young children.

But in 2019, a citizen Valery Kormich appears, who, without any rights, falsifies the expert report and registers the ownership of himself. Subsequently, the object first goes to the mother of Judge Kyrylchuk, and then - to him.
According to the victims, after registration of property, Kirilchuk began to exert psychological pressure, organize provocations, as well as damage the property of the family. Moreover, he concluded fictitious leases with third parties to create tension and force the residents to leave the house.
Despite the fact that criminal proceedings were opened on November 5, 2020 (No. 1220150040002934), the investigation, according to the applicants, is inhibited by the prosecutor's office.
