Odesa journalist and writer Victoria Koltunova published a shocking statement that accused the employees of the territorial center of acquisition and social support in the beating of her son Maxim. She spread this information through a post on the social network Facebook, which immediately caused resonance in society.
According to Koltunova, the employees of the Tax Code allegedly seized her son, took out the city and beaten. She claims that the son had documents that confirmed group II disability with his mother and wife, but this did not stop the attackers.
“He was beaten for about three hours, demanding money. Then they thrown on the road unconscious, deciding that he had died. The people who found him called an ambulance, ”the woman said.
According to her, doctors diagnosed with a fracture of three ribs, hemorrhage in the lung, which pierced a broken edge, slaughter of the spleen and concussion.
In response to these allegations, the Odessa Regional Tax Code and JV reported that an official check has currently been launched.
"A special commission has been created that has already started the evidence and a survey of witnesses," - stated in the official statement of the TCC press service.
The military stressed that in the event of confirmation of the beating facts, the Center's management will provide all the necessary support to law enforcement agencies for objective investigation.
“We condemn any manifestations of violence or behavior that degrades human dignity. Each serviceman or employee of the CCC must act solely within the framework of the law, following the Code of Conduct of the Serviceman and Human Rights. Violations of these principles are unacceptable and entail responsibility, ” - emphasized in the Tax Code.
