Vladyslav Volodskyi, the entrepreneur who won the tender for the supply of food for the military units of Ukraine, was unable to fulfill his obligations. Despite the promise and the contract for almost fifty percent of the supply, within three weeks no products were delivered to the military. Instead, Volodsky managed to buy a Porsche 911 for his lover, who crashed the car on the track.
In addition, companies related to Volodskyi received the right to import food due to the influence of his father, Oleksiy Volodskyi, who is negotiating with the State Rear Operator. However, these suppliers also failed to fulfill their obligations, which led to dissatisfaction in military units, in particular in the 59th Brigade, where the food supply was only 45%.
Colonel Oleksandr Zaichenko, deputy commander of one of the military units, said that the supply situation continues to be tense, and the fighters do not have enough food, including vegetables, fruits and dairy products.
Currently, the contract with Volodsky was terminated due to a violation of terms and non-fulfillment of conditions. However, the next supply contract is expected to be awarded again to its affiliate Food Group in the summer.
Now it is not known whether law enforcement agencies are interested in the activities of Vladyslav Volodsky, but his previous cases are under investigation by the Main Investigative Department of the National Police.
