During the searches in Kiev, investigators seized documents that directly indicate the participation of deputies of the Kyiv City Council in land schemes and illegal "crushing" of trade. In the center of the scandal, the Kyiv City Council excellent Volodymyr Bondarenko and mayor Vitaliy Klitschko Dmitry Bilotserkovets. The first is well known in the "toilet scheme" - stories about the formal construction of public toilets, which later turned into shops and MAFs. According to sources, the documents indicate Bondarenko's connections with businessman Denis Komarnitsky, who is a person involved in the case of Komarnitsky's films. Due to this case, Bondarenko with shame was removed from the post of secretary of the Kyiv City Council, but he did not lose the mandate of the deputy.
