On Saturday, March 22, militiamen reported that a 7-year-old boy died at a dentist in Kiev. Criminal proceedings were initiated after the death of the child. The Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office informs about it.
Law enforcement officers found that a seven -year -old child died while receiving dental services in one of Kiev's private clinics. The boy's heart stop came after the introduction of anesthesia, and the resuscitation measures taken for two hours did not help.
The prosecutor noted that the causes of death and quality of medical services provided to the patient will be established during the investigation.
Under the procedural guidance of juvenile prosecutors of the Svyatoshinsky District Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv, a pre -trial investigation on the grounds of criminal offense under Part 2 of Article 140 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - improper performance of professional duties by medical professionals was started.

In case of guilt of medical workers, they are threatened with a sentence of liberty for up to five years or imprisonment for a term up to three years, with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years
