Death in the Kharkiv Szizo: Seven Employees received suspicions

In the Kharkiv detention center, the detainee was beaten to death - suspicions of official negligence and exceeding the powers were received by seven employees of the institution. About it reports the State Bureau of Investigation.

According to the investigation, the incident happened in April this year. Just taken to the suspect's detention center, they were placed in a camera with already convicted - which is a direct violation of the law. The convicted brutally beat the new prisoner to a semi -conscious state. He was not provided with medical care. The same night the man died.

Among the suspects is the former head of the pre -trial detention center, two operatives, the next assistant chief, the senior building and two junior inspectors.

They are charged with improper performance of duties, which led to grave consequences and excess of power or official authority. Articles' sanctions include up to 10 years in prison.
