A tragedy occurred in Dnipro: a 10-year-old girl died in a road accident, and four more people, including two children, were injured. The incident happened on December 1, when a BMW driver, making a U-turn near the "Dytyachi Kombinat" stop, collided with a Ford.
The police arrested the BMW driver who caused the fatal accident. A 10-year-old passenger in a Ford car died as a result of the accident. According to preliminary data, the driver of a BMW car, being in the area of the public transport stop "Dytyachi Kombinat", collided with a Ford car, which was performing a U-turn maneuver.
Four more people, including the Ford driver and two minor children, were injured. The injured were admitted to the hospital, their condition is being clarified.
A number of mass media reported that 17-year-old Arseniy Bessonov, born in 2007, was behind the wheel. Law enforcement sources said that Valery Oleshchenko, a resident of Dnipro, born in 2005, was driving, and Arseniy Bessonov was a passenger.
Currently, the issue of announcing suspicion to the driver is being resolved. Details will be known later.
