The son of People's Deputy and the fifth President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, Oleksiy, is officially recognized as evading military service. Being conscripted, he did not appear on the summons at the appointed time, which became the basis for bringing him to administrative responsibility.

According to the document, which is at the disposal of the publication, O. Poroshenko did not appear without valid reasons to the Pechersk RTCC on a summons to clarify the data. Now he will be forced to pay 25,500 to the budget. UAH
"Recognize c. Oleksiy Petrovych Poroshenko is guilty of committing an administrative offense provided for in part 3 of Art. 210 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and to impose on him an administrative penalty in the form of a fine in the amount of 1,500 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, which is 25,500 hryvnias," says the resolution of the head of Pechersk TCC and JV in Kyiv.
"In case of non-payment of the fine within 15 days from the date of delivery of this resolution to the offender, collection of the fine shall be carried out in a compulsory manner in accordance with Art. 308 of the Code of Administrative Offenses in a double amount in the amount of UAH 51,000," the document says.
The eldest son of P. Poroshenko, Oleksiy, who left for London at the beginning of the war and never returned to Ukraine, was declared wanted due to his failure to appear at the TCC on a summons. Another son, Mykhailo, is also hiding from the Armed Forces abroad, in London, and has repeatedly been involved in scandals related to his support for Russia.
