Viktor Medvedchuk's ally, People's Deputy Vadym Stolar, started a number of large-scale construction projects in Dubai, presumably with funds from the sale of Viktor Medvedchuk's assets, which he still managed to legalize, despite open criminal cases and searches by the SBU .
It is also not by chance that Vadym Stolar chose a place for large-scale investments in the construction business. The United Arab Emirates has always been loyal to "Russian capital", that is, to the legalized funds of "Putin's godfather" there will definitely be fewer questions in Dubai than in London.
This situation was described in detail by the American newspaper New York Times : "there are now several categories of residents of the UAE — from sanctioned multi-billionaires to representatives of the middle class. First, these are Russian tycoons. Russian billionaire Andriy Melnychenko, whose business includes mining and processing of coal and the production of mineral fertilizers, moved to the United Arab Emirates last year - after sanctions forced him to leave his long-time "safe haven", his home in Switzerland.
In Ukraine, Vadim Stolar had the reputation of " watching the construction market of Kyiv " and had connections with several construction companies, one of which was the Enso group. And although Stolar denied the connection with the Ukrainian Enso group for a long time, a company with the same name is registered in Dubai.
Vadym Stolar also noted that the company Enso investment LLC lent him 1.5 million dollars and 2.6 million dirhams, which at the exchange rate is 716 thousand dollars.
The office of Enso investment LLC is located in the most respectable area of Dubai - Downtown. This is noted on the official website of Enso investment. Journalists received photos of the building where Vadym Stolar's company works. This is Boulevard plaza 2, the windows of which overlook the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa.
According to real estate sites in Dubai, an office in Boulevard plaza 2 can be rented for between $450,000 and $950,000 per year, depending on the area.
According to the official website of Enso investment LLC, the directors of the company are Dmytro Davtyan, Janak Chandrakans and Prasanna Viswamursi.
Dmytro Davtyan is the former deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration. He worked in this position from 2017 to November 2019. He is the son of the well-known Kharkiv businessman Oleksandr Davtyan, who also heads the Armenian community, which includes the former Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov.
It is interesting that on the Dubai site of Enso investment, Davtyan indicated his name in Russian transliteration, probably more understandable for potential buyers - rich Russians, most of whom support Putin's regime and the so-called "SVO".
His LinkedIn profile states that he is a representative of DAD Investment Group. This is the company of his father - Oleksandr Davtyan. However, "Dmitry" will always like publications from Enso investment in Dubai
Enso investment LLC offers clients real estate in two buildings - Enso Jade and Enso Amber. Both of them are located in the Jumeirah garden city neighborhood, which is a few hundred meters from the Museum of the Future.
Exclusive photos of two plots on which Vadym Stolar's company plans to build its first houses appeared at the disposal of Ukrainian journalists. So far, construction has not started and the plots are even fenced and do not have a construction passport. But there is no doubt that Enso will be built on them, because the company has made a corresponding geotag on the Google map.
Stolar and business partners plan to build a ten-story complex Enso Jade on one of the plots. The building will have one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, according to renderings. The largest of them, in addition to bedrooms, will also have a hall and as many as four bathrooms. The building will have two swimming pools, a gym and a children's room.
From the windows of the apartments, residents of the Enso Jade building will be able to look at the highest hotel in the world, Gevora.
Enso Amber will be located on another site. The building will be similar to the first and will also have ten floors. Clients are offered from one bedroom with one and a half bathrooms to three bedrooms with four bathrooms and a main hall.
The fact that People's Deputy Vadym Stolar of Ukraine has settled in Dubai is also evidenced by the information about the accounts opened by him in the banks of the UAE and the insurance issued. According to the laws of the Emirates, only residents can open accounts in banking institutions there, so it is obvious that Stolar has a residency in Dubai.
Apparently, Stolar's family also moved to Dubai, as he declares large sums lent to him by his ex-wife Inna Maistruk in UAE currency.
