NV journalists have accessed documents that testify to the doubtful financial operations of the wife of the State Bureau of Investigation (DBR) Igor Heida - Irina Heida .
In 2021, Irina Heida became the owner of an apartment in the capital worth $ 390 thousand. However, her official income and savings of the Gaid family do not allow to explain the source of these funds. According to the declaration, in 2019, the spouse received about $ 25.5 thousand income, and their savings amounted to only $ 37 thousand.

Moreover, she bought an apartment from Kharkiv businessman Alexander Kharchenko at a low cost, which did not even cover his costs for the purchase of this real estate.
Another doubtful agreement concerns the house in Kharkiv, which the Gaid family purchased for $ 40,000 in 2012 and sold in 2021 for $ 550 thousand. At the same time, there are no objective market reasons for such a rapid increase in price.
The real estate was carried out by a firm related to persons who had previously had a criminal past, which also raises the issue of transparency of these operations.
DBR reaction and independent experts
Despite the obvious discrepancies between Gaid's family income and their real estate, the DBR found no violations in these agreements. However, the source of funding remains unclear.

Independent experts and anti -corruption organizations call on the National Anti -Corruption Agency (NAPC) and the National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) to conduct a full investigation. They insist on verifying the legality of the acquisition of this real estate and possible cases of illegal enrichment.
