Natalia Hnatyuk, the head of the department of reserve officers and staff of the Lychakiv-Zalizny United District Shopping Center and JV of Lviv, came under suspicion due to the non-supplication of property in the amount of UAH 3.25 million. According to the media, this became known during the audit of its declaration for 2023, held by the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption (NAPC).
In particular, the declaration did not specify information about an apartment of 66.8 square meters. m in Lviv, which belongs to Natalia Hnatyuk's mother, Valentina Georgian. Despite this, Natalia Hnatyuk used this apartment since March 2023. She lived there for a long time, signed and paid for utility bills. According to the energy supplier of LLC "Lvivnergozbut", the phone number specified in the documents coincides with the number in the personal office of Natalia in the State Register.
NAPC also found that in November 2023, Hnatyuk purchased a HAVAL H6 (2020) car for UAH 793 thousand through his father, but the property was not indicated in the declaration. The surveillance cameras recorded this car in the areas of work and accommodation of Natalia. Additionally, the cost of the gas station was recorded throughout the year, which also indicates the use of this car.
Another violation was the issue with the Volkswagen Tiguan (2013), which Hnatyuk sold to her father in 2022. However, in 2023, the car was regularly fixed near the Tax Code, and the NAPC has suspicion that in fact Natalia continued to use it, despite the formal sale.
In addition, the declaration did not indicate the debt to Gnatyuk Marina Anatoliivna in the amount of 500 thousand UAH. Payments did not correspond to the official dollar exchange rate, which gave grounds for suspicion of incomplete repayment of debt.
NAPC considers Natalia Hnatyuk's actions as a possible criminal offense under Part 1 of Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (declaration of false information), which provides for a fine or restriction of liberty. It is worth noting that earlier Natalia Hnatyuk was already fined for the unjustified exclusion of 17 reserve officers from the lists of military accounting.
