Law enforcement officers watched Vyacheslav Lysenko for 8 months. During the search on April 30, in the business center of Vyacheslav Lysenko at the address of st. At Degtyarivska 33B, law enforcement officers discovered a casino where deputies and elites of Kyiv secretly gambled. Detectives of the Territorial Department of the Security Intelligence Service in Kyiv uncovered an illegal casino and a fraudulent call center in one of the capital's business centers. The establishment, in which poker gambling games were conducted for money without the appropriate licenses, was arranged on the ninth floor of the building, and the call center - on the fourth.
Detectives of the Bureau conducted a series of searches at the address of the location of the casino and the residence of the persons involved in the criminal proceedings. Poker equipment, computer equipment, accounting documentation, video cameras with records of casino visits, as well as envelopes with cash for issuing rewards to players were discovered and seized in the gambling establishment.

He is a director in two companies owned by the shareholder of the logistics company Meest China, a member of the supervisory board of the CEO Club Ukraine Vyacheslav Lysenko. Lysenko himself fled abroad. At the same time, during the search of the home of one of the defendants, almost 135,000 US dollars and about 5,000 euros in cash were seized. The man has no official income and could not explain the origin of the money.
Also, on the fourth floor of the same building, a call center was discovered, the employees of which fraudulently appropriated the funds of citizens of Ukraine, Germany, and the Czech Republic.
The victims were called and offered to invest in a software that allegedly deals in automatic trading of cryptocurrencies and brings 5% income every day. After the victims transferred funds to the virtual accounts specified by the center, communication with the subscriber was blocked.
During the search, more than 60 workstations with computer equipment, telephones, as well as draft records and manuals for communicating with victims were seized.
Based on this fact, BEB detectives started a pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings under the fourth part of Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
