A gradual decrease in temperature will begin in Ukraine today, which will last for a week. Precipitation in the form of rain and sleet is expected in some regions.
Where to wait for precipitation?
Forecasters predict that on Friday a significant part of the country will be under the influence of an atmospheric front. In the western and northern regions, rain may turn into sleet, while in the central regions, rainy weather will prevail. At the same time, no significant precipitation is forecast in the southern and eastern regions, where warm weather will still persist.

- Western and northern regions – +3…+9°C during the day
- Central, eastern and southern regions – +12…+20°C

Light rain is possible in the capital. The maximum temperature is decreasing: if in the morning it will be +10…+12°C, then in the afternoon it will cool down to +5…+7°C.
When to expect warming?
According to forecasts, cold air will begin to enter Ukraine on March 15-16, and on March 17, the Arctic front will cover the entire territory of the country. Over the next week, the temperature may drop below zero at night, and only a few degrees of heat will remain during the day.
Forecasters predict that the return of heat should be expected no earlier than March 22-23.
