On the night of June 18 to 19, in one of the district territorial centers of staffing and social support (TCC and JV), the Kharkiv region occurred an incident - a military man fell out of the window of the third floor of the administrative building. This was reported in the regional shopping center.
According to preliminary information, the man tried to escape, and in the process of escape he lost his balance or did not calculate actions - resulting in a fall from the window and suffered numerous injuries. He was diagnosed with limb damage, rib fractures and head injury.
The ambulance brigade, which delivered the victim to the medical institution, where he was provided with the necessary assistance, arrived at the scene.
In the Kharkiv CCC, no illegal actions by the employees of the Center were committed according to the preliminary results of the official inspection. The case is classified as a consequence of "careless and reckless actions of the citizen himself, who tried to avoid mobilization.
However, this case is not isolated. Recently, incidents have increased in Ukraine when men, while mobilizing, are at risk of their lives. Social networks spread videos with similar stories from different areas, in particular - cases of escape through windows, attempts to jump out of the windows or to avoid the delivery of the summons.
