The United States emphasize the need to cease hostilities as quickly as possible and establish a long -term peace between Ukraine and the aggressor. At the same time, the Russian Federation has already made amendment, demanding that the "elimination of the root causes of the conflict", which reflects the Kremlin's position on key aspects of war.
