Owners of apartments damaged as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation can take advantage of the state program "eReconstruction" and receive up to 350 thousand hryvnias for repairs. If the damaged housing does not have critical destruction of structural elements, the owner has a chance to quickly submit an application and receive compensation.
The program operates in accordance with the Procedure approved by the Cabinet of Ministers. Its goal is to help citizens restore their housing without unnecessary bureaucracy and with maximum use of digital tools.
To participate in the program, you must:
-
Install the Diya application and complete electronic identification.
-
Submit information about damaged property — if this has not been done before, or select one of the available messages.
-
Check whether the property is in the State Register of Property Rights . If not, register it.
-
Open an account at a partner bank.
-
Select the "eRecovery" service in Action and create an application with all the necessary data.
-
Provide consent from co-owners if the property is jointly owned.
-
Confirm that there are no restrictions on participation in the program (provided for in paragraph 4 of the Procedure).
-
Follow the notifications in Action regarding the registration and consideration of the application.
-
Submit additional documents if required by the commission.
After the repair is complete, the program participant has 15 business days to submit a completion notice and upload a photo report.
The program is available for those who want to quickly restore their home without unnecessary effort — the state covers a significant portion of the costs, and digital services make the process as convenient as possible.
