The court helped mayor Pavlograd increase the pension three times

Mayor of Pavlograd Anatoly Vershina achieved a significant increase in his pension during the war. If in 2021 it received UAH 78.4 thousand, then in 2024 already UAH 263.5 thousand-three times more. At the same time, his wife, Valentine Verkhshin, acquired real estate in the resort Truskavets.

Such a sharp increase in payments was made possible by the mayor's lawsuits against the Pension Fund.

  • In February 2022, the vertex filed the first claim, arguing it from the medical association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
  • The court partially satisfied his requirements.
  • In October 2023, the Pavlograd Mayor filed a second claim, demanding to restore a supplement of 2 thousand UAH on a monthly basis.
  • The court got to his side again.

It is worth noting that Anatoly Vershina is the former head of the Pavlograd City Police Department, so it is entitled to a special parcel from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

While the mayor's pension grew, his family significantly replenished his property:

  • In February 2024, the wife of the summit purchased a country house in Truskavets with an area of 211.1 m².
  • The cost of real estate was UAH 1.36 million.
  • She also bought a land plot of 0.07 ha.
  • A new apartment of 63.3 m² appeared in Pavlograd.
  • The family purchased a new Stema st 02-1 (2022) for 111 thousand UAH.

Officially, the vertex does not save money in banks, instead, the declaration lists cash savings - 650 thousand UAH and 7 thousand euros.

The sharp increase in the pension of the official and his active property acquisitions during the war raise many questions from the community. Many are interested in how reasonable the court's decision to increase pension payments and where the mayor from the mayor of real estate in the resort town.
