The Solomenskyi District Court of Kyiv chose a measure of restraint for the former director of the Department of Social and Veteran Policy of KSCA Ruslan Light. He was taken into custody with an alternative to making a bail of UAH 30 million. This was reported by the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office.

Criminal proceedings are investigated under part 5 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - the seizure of property through abuse of office. The sanction of this article provides for up to 12 years in prison with confiscation of property.

Law enforcement officers continue to establish other possible participants in the corruption scheme.
