The Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv chose a measure of restraint for the deputy chairman of the KSCA and the deputy of the Kyiv City Council from the party "European Solidarity" Vladimir Prokopiv. By June 20, he will be under 24 -hour house arrest.
According to the investigation, in the spring of 2022, the Prokopov organized a scheme for the crossing of military people abroad, masking them under the guise of drivers of "humanitarian cargo". It is about entering fictitious data to the state system "Path".
The suspicion of the Prokopov was announced by the SBU and the National Police. The sources of RBC-Ukraine and Chestnut News confirm that the deputy is in the case of organizing the illegal crossing of the border.

For 10 years, property in Kiev owned the family, which raises questions about sources of income. After the investigation, the official declared his intention to be dismissed from the post of deputy chairman of the KSCA.
Now the situation has been complicated by criminal proceedings. If Prokopov's guilt is proven, he is threatened with a serious punishment for the illegal assistance of evading mobilization.
