The judges of the Pechersk court live in luxury by formulating property on relatives

Judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv Yevgeny Khaynatsky and Kateryna Sereda became involved in the journalistic investigation, which revealed a discrepancy between their way of life and official declarations. About it reports Bankova Mail .

Estates near Kiev and a car for millions

Yevgeny Khainatsky declared two homes in the village of Vyshenka near Kiev - by 352.9 and 381 square meters. Both objects are recorded on his wife Yulia Kyivan. It also has companies with BMW X5 cars (2021) and BMW X7 (2022), which the judge's family uses. In particular, it is about Cross LLC and Ichnian concrete.

Another judge - Catherine Wednesday - lives in the cottage town "Interest" in the village of Khotyanivka. Its estate has an area of 299 square meters. m. The land on which the house was built on the very Wednesday, her mother Tatiana Martynenko and Sister Alla Martynenko is a Supreme Court employee.

All real estate has a formal status of "dacha" or "garden", some of the sites were purchased in 2013. At the same time, as stated in the material, actual users are the judges themselves and their families.

Outdrawal

Against the backdrop of investigating the lifestyle of judges, another scandal broke out. According to blogger Volodymyr Bondarenko, all judges of the Pechersk court refused to hear a high -profile case about the prosecution of Petro Poroshenko and Viktor Medvedchuk in treason. Given the high public resonance and political sensitivity of the case, such a refusal caused a wave of discussions.

Experts see signs of bias and possible avoidance of responsibility. So far, the High Council of Justice and NAPC have not officially commented the situation with the declaration of property of Judges of Khainatsky and Wednesday.
