Judge of the Supreme Court lives for free in an elite apartment in Kiev, designed for a relative from the Russian Federation

The judge of the Criminal Court of Cassation in the Supreme Court Nadiy Stefanov has been using a spacious 205 square meter apartment in the heart of Kiev since 2020. The owner of the dwelling is her niece - Russian citizen Valentina Khoroshavtsev.

In the Declaration of Stefanov, she noted that the apartment costs UAH 1.8 million, but according to experts, its real market value at the time of purchase exceeded UAH 5 million. The housing is designed for Khoroshavetsev, which, as it turned out, lives and works in Russian Tomsk. There she acquired much more modestly home and even in a mortgage.

Moreover, the daughter of Judge Nadiya Mykytin, who also works as a judge and now claims for a position in the Court of Appeal, lives in another apartment, designed in Khoroshavetsev-this time in Ivano-Frankivsk.

It is noteworthy that Valentina Khorasovtseva is an employee of the Siberian Chemical Plant - an enterprise that participates in the production of materials to support the nuclear arsenal and weapons the Russian Federation. She herself stated that she had no real estate in Ukraine and had no funds for its purchase.
