The High Council of Justice opened a disciplinary case against a judge of the Kyiv District Court of Odessa Alla Lightmuzh. The reason was the data of the journalistic investigation, which found: the judge rented a luxurious apartment in Dubai for more than a year, but did not declare it, violating the requirements of financial transparency.
According to media reports, it is a two-room apartment with an area of 117 square meters in the Orion Building complex, located in the prestigious Al-Barsha area. The building has all the amenities: swimming pool, tennis court, barbecue zone and security. The monthly rent of such apartments reaches $ 1.5 thousand - almost all the annual salary of the judge.
According to the Kyiv District Court, only from February 2022 to May 2023 was on a vacation of 416 days, without performing his duties, but continued to receive his salary. In the declaration for 2023, she stated income of UAH 725 thousand.
Journalists also drew attention to the disappearance of BMW X5 documents without proper income from sales, as well as inherited and family property in Odessa - two apartments and garages. In particular, the judge issued one of the apartments on her daughter.
Additional questions raise the origin of accommodation abroad. Alla Malomuzh - two children, her younger daughter was born in Argentina two years ago. Judge's husband, Vasyl Larchenko, worked in the criminal police until 2019.
The National Anti -Corruption Agency has already started checking the lifestyle of a judge. Meanwhile, the High Council of Justice has decided not to delay and opened disciplinary proceedings.
