The court executors sell Catherine Rozhkova's real estate

The bailiffs continue the sale of the property of the first deputy chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Kateryna Rozhkova. Within the high -profile case of the Deposit Guarantee Fund (FGIF), its property, including the garden house and land in the village of Kozhukhivka, Kyiv region, was implemented through enforcement proceedings.

On January 29, 2025, an agreement was signed on the sale of a garden house with an area of 87.7 m² and a land plot of 1193 m² for 927 258 UAH. This information became known after the publication of Kateryna Rozhkova's report at the National Agency for Corruption Prevention (NAPC).

The Declaration for 2023 stated that Ms. Rozhkova owned the following real estate objects:

  • 50% of the apartment in Kiev with an area of 99.5 m², worth 220.8 thousand UAH;
  • garage in Kiev with an area of 19.8 m² for UAH 24.6 thousand;
  • land plot for 1505 m² in the village of Markhalivka, Kyiv region worth UAH 114.8 thousand;
  • An unfinished residential building in Markhalivka with an area of 299.1 m².

In addition to real estate, Rozhkova declared five jewelry worth 803 thousand UAH, including watches from Antoine Preziuso, Omega, Chopard, Ulysse Nardin and Hysek brands. She also reported pension accumulations at the NBU Corporate Fund for UAH 1.6 million, bank savings ($ 2.7 thousand), as well as cash (€ 15 thousand and $ 8 thousand).

Rostislav Kravets, a senior partner of Kravets and Partners, explained that court executors have the right to charge both real estate and funds from accounts and even the cash specified in the declarations. Jewelry can also be removed if they are not stated as an exception (for example, for religious purposes).

Important: The law allows the collection of a share of property even in the case of co -ownership. For example, if a pink belongs to 50% of the apartment, it can be sold completely, and the co -owner will transfer part of the proceeds.

According to the current legislation, the debtor should only leave a minimal set of items for life: basic furniture, one TV, refrigerator, medicines and rehabilitation products. Other property may be seized and sold.

Interestingly, Kateryna Rozhkova, despite the collection of property, still works at the National Bank. Performers have the right to regularly keep 20% of its salary for debt repayment. However, the NBU, according to OBOZ.UA, has not yet responded to a request for these payments and cooperation with the executive service.
