In the Kiev region, the couple will stand before the court for a cruel act - the parents left the newborn boy just on the street wrapped in linen and put in a bag. According to police, the child was left for the city in Boguslav.
The incident occurred in early 2025 in the Obukhov district. According to police, a 36-year-old woman gave birth to a son at home, without medical care or sanitary conditions. At childbirth was present a 67-year-old man-a biological father of a child who was cutting the umbilical cord. After that, by prior conspiracy, the parents wrapped the baby in the fabric, put in a cracked bag and took out in a car to Boguslav. There, the baby was left near one of the private homes, in a life -threatening condition.
Fortunately, indifferent citizens were found in time and called doctors. Now the life of the boy is not threatened.
Police investigators have already sent an indictment to court. The mother is accused of Part 2 of Art. 135 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - "Leaving in danger", which provides up to three years in prison. Her cohabitant, who was an accomplice, is charged with Part 5 of Art. 27 and Part 2 of Art. 135 of the Criminal Code - "Ardinary absence in danger".
