Weather conditions in Ukraine could become dangerous this summer. Meteorologists are warning of an increased risk of tornadoes, whirlwinds, and other dangerous atmospheric phenomena in various regions of the country.
According to weather forecasters, climate change and global warming are contributing to the formation of an unstable atmosphere. As a result, strong atmospheric vortices are possible, which will be accompanied by gusty winds, heavy rains, thunderstorms and even hail.
Experts emphasize that the greatest threat is posed not only by squalls and downpours, but also by local tornadoes. Such phenomena can cause significant destruction: damage to houses, agricultural lands, infrastructure facilities, and pose a threat to people's lives.
Meteorologists urge citizens to be especially attentive to weather forecasts in the summer. In the event of a storm warning or tornado threat, they should immediately move to shelter or a safe place, avoiding open areas.
The increase in the frequency of such phenomena is not accidental. Experts note that severe storms, thunderstorms, and tornadoes have become more characteristic of the Ukrainian climate in recent years, and this trend can only intensify in the future.
