Sibiga announced the end of the law on multiple citizenship

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiga reported on active work on the final version of the law on multiple citizenship, which will be an important step in regulating the rights of Ukrainians living abroad. According to estimates, up to 7.5 million citizens currently live outside Ukraine, and the issue of multiple citizenship is particularly relevant for them.

The minister indicated that there are up to 7.5 million Ukrainians abroad.

Sybiga pointed to three key directions of the new policy regarding Ukrainians abroad. Among them are the electronic consul, multiple citizenship and the opening of Ukrainian offices in neighboring countries.
