The son of a scandalous official MSEC bought an entertainment center from a patient's patient's patient

In Khmelnitsky there is another scandal around a possible corruption scheme with the enrichment of officials. This time the focus is the head of the head of the Khmelnytsky Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEC) Tatiana Group. Her son Alexander Krupa, one month before the search of the mother, became the owner of a large commercial real estate - a youth entertainment center for 1.3 thousand square meters.

The price of the transaction is impressive: UAH 1,300,000, ie only 1 000 UAH per square meter. For comparison, the market value of such objects in Khmelnitsky exceeds this amount at times. But even more questions are raised by the person of the seller of the building.

According to the court's materials, this person had to pass ITU at Khmelnitsky MSEC, which is managed by Tatiana Krupa. And during a search of Alexander cereals, law enforcement officers seized medical documents that completely coincide from the name of the club seller. It is, in particular, about the extract No. 29864/156 of the Khmelnytsky Regional Cardiovascular Center.

While NABU is investigating the fact of probable illegal enrichment, it turns out that the purchase of a club is not the only "investment" of cereals, junior and his wife. During the short period, the spouses purchased almost two dozen land plots, as well as nine mini-buildings with an area of 12.5 to 18.4 square meters. And most interesting - none of the purchases exceeds $ 2,000 at cost.

Such an accumulation of real estate in a short period, and at significantly low prices, causes reasonable suspicion of law enforcement.

At first glance, the situation may seem another example of "successful investment". But the set of factors - medical documentation in the house of cereals, connection with the MSEC, the fact of passing the commission by the seller of the object, as well as the too favorable price - form a rather unpleasant picture of potential conflict of interests and abuse of office.

Recall that Tatiana Krupa is the current chairman of the Khmelnytsky MSEC, a structure that determines the degree of disability and the level of working capacity of citizens. Its decisions directly affect social payments, benefits and other state resources.

NABU is currently investigating the case. It is expected that additional results of investigative actions will be published in the near future. In focus, there are sources of origin of property for the purchase of property, as well as the role of Tatiana cereals in the probable scheme.
