Our sources reported that Syrsky demands strict wording in the bill on mobilization, but the deputies do not want to take on unconstitutional norms.
People's deputy Maryana Bezugla writes about the "panic" of the head of the defense committee Zavitnevich after being excluded from the draft law on strengthening the mobilization of amendments on responsibility for evaders.
After voting, he closed the meeting.
"After weeks of "blah-blah" about mobilization, the Committee did start considering specific amendments and stumbled on the very first question, which was submitted as a prepared "discussed" "thematic block". And it turned out to be a waste of time. Today, there were not enough votes to restrict citizens' rights at the request of the TCC of the SP. The norm is excluded. The chairman of the committee panicked (?) - the meeting was closed," wrote Bezugla.
Bezugla says that she voted for the removal of the norm, because it is "written incorrectly and does not correlate" with the administrative and criminal codes, "and without responsibility - it would simply be a repressive political statement and would create additional corruption risks, as in the TCC of the JV it's not enough."
