"I informed the members of the coalition about the complex operational and strategic situation, which has a tendency to worsen; the specifics of the enemy's airstrikes on energy infrastructure facilities; about our urgent needs for missiles, ammunition, weapons, military equipment and the key role of their timely arrival," he wrote on Facebook about his speech during the 21st meeting of the Contact Group on Defense Capability of Ukraine at the Ramstein Air Base.

The commander-in-chief emphasized the complex operational-strategic situation, which has a tendency to escalate, and the specifics of the enemy's airstrikes against energy infrastructure facilities.
In addition, he noted the need of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for missiles, ammunition, weapons and military equipment.
He also expressed his gratitude to the participants and personally to the United States Defense Minister Lloyd Austin for his "consistent support of Ukraine".
On the eve, the artillery officer of the fourth brigade of the "Rubizh" National Guard, Volodymyr Nazarenko, said that the Russian troops near Chasovoy Yar are using "maximum pressure" tactics. According to him, the Russian army is looking for weak points along the entire front line where it can advance.
Following the results of the meeting in the Rammstein format, US Defense Minister Lloyd Austin announced the allocation of $6 billion in new military aid to Ukraine as part of the previously adopted $61 billion support package for Ukraine.
He indicated that the US will provide Ukraine with additional Patriot missiles for its air defense systems, anti-drone equipment, artillery shells, missiles and logistical support.
