Oleksandr Syrsky, newly appointed Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), has already made his first statement, in which he expressed important principles and tasks facing the Ukrainian army.
"New tasks are on the agenda for Ukraine. Only constant improvement of methods of conducting combat operations will allow us to achieve success," said Syrsky , emphasizing the need for constant development and adaptation of strategies and tactics in connection with changes on the battlefield.
- clear and detailed planning of the actions of all military command bodies, associations, formations and units, taking into account the needs of the front in the latest weapons received from our allies;
- the fastest and most rational distribution of what is needed for combat operations remains the main task of military logistics;
- to know all the needs of the front and to master the situation in each of its sectors.
He also emphasized the importance of clear planning of actions by all military command bodies, rational allocation of resources, and control of the situation on all front lines. Syrsky paid particular attention to the qualifications of personnel, which are crucial for the successful implementation of military tasks.
“It is the qualifications of the personnel of military command bodies that are crucial for the development and successful implementation of ideas and plans,” explained the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
- The life and health of servicemen is the main value of the army. Maintaining a balance between the performance of combat missions and the restoration of units and subdivisions with the intensification of training and preparation of personnel remains more relevant than ever;
- The introduction of new technical solutions and scaling up successful experience, such as the use of unmanned systems and modern electronic warfare equipment, is one of the future vectors for building victory;
"Only changes and constant improvement of the means and methods of conducting combat operations will allow us to achieve success on this path. But, of course, reliable rear is one of the main components of overall success in war," Syrsky noted.
Syrsky was appointed Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine yesterday, February 8, following the dismissal of Valeriy Zaluzhny. This event has been the subject of heated discussions and speculation in Ukrainian society, but Syrsky is already demonstrating his determination and readiness for the important challenges facing the Ukrainian army.
