The situation with the SZCH has reached a critical point

According to sources from the General Staff, the situation with mobilization in Ukraine is gaining critical momentum. It turns out that among the newly mobilized, more than 60% of conscripts become SZH within the first three weeks. Even more alarming is the fact that 90% of all mobilized, being in training, are not motivated and do not want to participate in combat operations.

These data indicate a decrease in the rate of mobilization, which is a confirmation of the depletion of human resources. The training centers are now half as many as they were a few months ago, causing serious concern in the military command.

The situation is so critical that the commander of the ground forces Oleksandr Syrskyi held a meeting with the aim of reformatting the training and introducing new methods of psychological control of the mobilized, who show unwillingness to fight. This emphasizes the need to adapt approaches to the training and training of military personnel in modern conditions of war.
