The majority of Ukrainian conscripts who physically appear at Territorial Population Service Centers (TCC) have the right to deferment. Others choose alternative ways to update their data.
This was reported by People's Deputy from "Servant of the People" Oleksandr Fedienko. He noted that currently, about 2.7 million conscripts have updated their data in TCC, administrative service centers and through the "Reserve+" application.
Fedienko also emphasized that according to the Ministry of Defense, the total number of conscripts in Ukraine is approximately 6 million, but the TCC still does not have data on half of them. Data recovery has become more accessible thanks to new update methods.
"If we reach the mark of 3 million updated data, it will mean that almost 50% of conscripts will be reflected in the system," he added.
Fedienko also emphasized that about 90% of conscripts who apply to the TCC are actually persons who have legal grounds for receiving a deferment, such as workers, students and other categories.
